Summary:	The Chambre des recours civile of the Cantonal Court has decided on an appeal by G.________ against the decision regarding the inheritance costs of X.Z.________. The appeal was filed by Me G.________, who wanted to reduce the cost of the certificate of inheritance from 10,000 francs to 5,290 francs. The Chambre des recours civile approved the appeal and referred the case back to the lower court for a new decision. The court costs of the second instance in the amount of 200 francs will be borne by the state, and no further costs will be reimbursed. The judgment can be appealed to the Federal Court, provided that the value limit in dispute is reached.
