Summary:	The Chambre des recours civile of the Tribunal cantonal has decided on an appeal by W.________ against a decision of the President of the Civil Court of the district of Est vaudois. It was about the admissibility of new applications in relation to easement, which were related to already existing applications. The appeal was declared inadmissible, since no serious damage was noticeable. The court costs were imposed on the applicant. It was pointed out that this decision can be appealed to the Federal Court, provided that the limits of the value in dispute are observed.
