| Summary: | The Chambre des recours civile of the Canton has decided on a dispute between the parties C.________ and F.________ against A.________Sàrl. It was about an architect contract and open fees between the parties. The judges of the first instance decided that the costs must be borne by the plaintiffs, since they were able to enforce only a small part of their claims. The plaintiffs successfully appealed against this verdict, but the appeal was dismissed and the costs of the second instance were imposed on the plaintiffs. The dispute can now be appealed to the Federal Court, as the value in dispute is over CHF 30,000. |
