Summary:	On 13 December 2019, the Chambre des recours civile of the Canton of Vaud negotiated H.________'s appeal against the decision of the Commercial Register of 23 October 2019. H._______ had filed an objection to prevent the dissolution of her company by providing a new address and committing to pay all the required amounts. After H.________ had settled the situation, the appeal was declared null and void and the matter was closed by the court. The trial was free of charge and the verdict is final. H.________ and the Commercial Register were informed of the decision and advised that they can appeal to the Federal Court within 30 days.
