Summary:	The court order of 10 December 2019 concerns an appeal procedure in which S.________ and U.________ Sàrl have appealed against a decision of the Justice of the Peace of the Riviera - Pays d'Enhaut district of 15 October 2019. However, the appellants withdrew their appeal, which is why the court removes the matter from the register and does not charge court costs for the appeal procedure. The already paid fee of 200 francs will be refunded to the appellants. The decision is enforceable and has been communicated to the parties involved as well as to the Justice of the Peace of the Riviera - Pays d'Enhaut district.
