Summary:	The Chambre des recours pénale has decided on a recourse of X.________ against a decision of the Office d'exécution des peines. X.________ was convicted several times for various offenses, including driving without a driver's license and assault. He applied for the conversion of a fine into a custodial sentence and the possibility of electronic monitoring. The OEP refused electronic monitoring because X.________ was classified as at risk of relapse. The appeal was rejected and X.________ must pay the court costs. Another complaint can be filed with the Federal Court.
