Summary:	The Chambre des Recours Pénale has decided on two objections to a classification order issued by the Central Public Prosecutor's Office. There was a dispute about a project for a roller ski slope and a hotel in the municipality of O.________. Accusations such as slander, libel suit and coercion were made. The prosecutor ordered the proceedings, but rejected the lawsuit. The appellants had successfully appealed against the classification order, as it was not sufficiently substantiated and the procedure was not properly completed. The decision was therefore overturned and referred back to the public prosecutor's office. The costs of the proceedings were imposed on the state, and compensation was awarded to the complainant.
