Summary:	A man named A.D. tried to stab his brother, which led to an investigation and, ultimately, to his temporary detention. Due to strong suspicions, the detention was ordered, as he was classified as dangerous. Despite his mental problems and the possibility of escape, detention was considered necessary. The man unsuccessfully demanded alternative measures to ensure adequate treatment. In the end, the appeal was rejected, the detention was confirmed and the costs were imposed on the man.
