Summary:	On January 22, 2020, the Chambre des recours pénale decided on the appeal of O.________ against the rejection of the appointment of a public defender. The appeal was accepted due to the seriousness of the accusations and the need for an adequate defense in favor of O.________. A public defender was appointed for him. The decision of the President of the Juvenile Court, who had rejected the public defender, was thus amended. The cost of the procedure was imposed on the state.
