Summary:	The Chambre des recours pénale has decided on the appeal of D.________ against the order of his expulsion, which was imposed due to serious crimes. D.________ was detained because he was considered a flight risk and refused to return to his country of origin, Venezuela. Despite his arguments for remaining in Switzerland, the detention was considered necessary and appropriate.
