Summary:	I.________, who has been serving a prison sentence since April 30, 2020, has appealed against a decision of the penitentiary service. The penitentiary service had rejected I.________s request for transfer to another detention facility. I.________s objection was approved by the Federal Court. The Federal Court found that the decision of the penitentiary service was disproportionate. I.________ is transferred to another detention center. More detailed summary: I.________ was sentenced to five years' imprisonment by the Criminal Court of the Canton of Zurich on 22 January 2009. He began serving his sentence at the Pöschwies Correctional facility on April 30, 2020. On May 14, 2020, I.________ applied for transfer to another detention center. He justified his application by the fact that he was threatened and harassed by other inmates in Pöschwies. The penitentiary service rejected the application. I.________ appealed against the decision of the penitentiary service. The Federal Supreme Court rejected the appeal well on 18 June 2020. The court found that the decision of the penitentiary service was disproportionate. The Federal Court ordered that I.________ be transferred to another detention center. The transfer should take place as soon as possible.
