Summary:	The Chambre des Recours Pénale has decided on an appeal and a claim for refusal, which were filed by G.________ against a decision of the Central Prosecutor's Office. The appeal was rejected, since the letters of G.________ were considered inappropriate and offensive. The prosecutor pointed out to G._______ that his applications would not be considered if they were not corrected. A request for the refusal of the prosecutor was also declared inadmissible. G.________ was asked to comply with the rules of procedure, otherwise fines could be imposed. The decision of the Chambre des Recours Pénale was confirmed and the costs of the proceedings were imposed on G.________.
