Summary:	On May 8, 2020, the Chambre des recours pénale of the Cantonal Court of the Canton of Fribourg annulled the decision of the Cantonal Tribunal of April 9, 2020, by which P.________ had been found guilty. P._______ had appealed against the decision, as he considered that the trial against him had not been fair. The Chambre des recours pénale concluded that P.________s rights had been violated and that the trial had to be reopened. P.________ was therefore acquitted and the charges against him dropped. In a more detailed form: P.________ was charged with property damage. He had damaged a car and caused property damage in the amount of 10,000 francs. The cantonal Tribunal had found P.________ guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 5,000 francs. P.________ appealed, arguing that the trial against him was not fair. He accused the prosecutor's office of not providing him with all the evidence. The Chambre des recours pénale concluded that P.________s rights had been violated. She annulled the decision of the Cantonal Tribunal and ordered a new trial. P.________ was acquitted at the new trial. The charges against him were dropped.
