Summary:	On April 30, 2020, the Chambre des Recours Pénale decided on an appeal by Y.__ against a decision of the correctional judge. Y.__ has been convicted several times and is currently serving a prison sentence. The judge refused a conditional release, since the behavior of Y.__ was considered bad in prison. Y.__ has appealed against this decision, but without sufficient justification. The appeal was therefore declared inadmissible and Y.__ must bear the court costs in the amount of CHF 440.
