Summary:	On April 16, 2020, the Chambre des recours pénale decided on the appeal of R.________ against the order of the Compulsory Measures Court. R.________ was accused of conducting an extensive marijuana trade in the Aubonne region in a period from 2014 to 2019. He was accused, among other things, of importing and selling large quantities of marijuana from Spain to Switzerland. The court rejected his application for release from pre-trial detention, as there is still a risk of escape and collusion. The court costs amount to CHF 1,210.
