Summary:	On April 9, 2020, the Chambre des recours pénale decided on an appeal by N.________ against an order of the Compulsory Measures Court. N.________ was accused of committing various crimes, including theft, trespassing and violations of the Law on narcotic drugs. He was taken into custody on remand and later referred to the criminal Court. The court ordered the continuation of the security detention until June 15, 2020. The appeal was partially approved, the costs were shared.
