Summary:	On April 28, 2020, the Chambre des recours pénale decided on an appeal by A.H. against an order of the Central Prosecutor's Office regarding the separation of criminal proceedings. A.H. was accused of trying to kill his separated wife and committing other crimes on August 11, 2019. Accusations were also made against the sons of his wife. The prosecutor's office ordered the separation of proceedings, which A.H. challenged. The appeal was rejected, the contested order was confirmed and the court costs of CHF 660 and attorney's fees were determined.
