Summary:	The Chambre des recours pénale has decided on an appeal by I.__ against a non-recognition order of the Ministère public. It was about the non-payment of alimony by N.__ to I.__ and the criminal investigation initiated as a result. The Ministère public had justified the non-recognition order on the grounds that N.__ was financially unable to pay the entire maintenance contributions and there was no apparent intention to delinquency. I.__ appealed against this decision and demanded a re-examination of the financial situation of N.__. In the end, the appeal of I.__ was accepted, the non-recognition order was revoked and the case was referred back to the Ministère public for further investigation. The court costs were partially imposed on N.__, while I.__ received compensation for the procedural costs.
