Summary:	On April 9, 2020, the Chambre des recours pénale decided on the appeal of H.________ against the order of the Compulsory Measures Court. H.________ was caught with drugs and weapons at the Geneva border and imprisoned. Despite his claims that the drugs were not his and he was only visiting Switzerland, the detention was extended. The appeal of H.________ was rejected because there are still serious suspicions. The court costs amount to 1'100 CHF, which are imposed on the loser, H.________.
