Summary:	R.________ has filed a lawsuit against the medical staff of the Hôpitaux de N.________ and the Clinique de D.________ for medical errors, torture and attempted murder. The lawsuit was dismissed by the Ministère public de l'arrondissement de Lausanne, as no evidence of criminal behavior was found. R.________ appealed against this decision and demanded a criminal investigation. The appeal was rejected by the Chambre des recours pénale, as there were no signs of a criminal offense. The costs for the appeal procedure in the amount of CHF 660 were imposed on R.________.
