Summary:	I.________ has appealed against the prosecutor's decision not to assign a public defender to her. She argued that she could not afford a lawyer and that the case was legally complex. The prosecutor had refused the request because he believed that I.________ had sufficient financial resources and the case was legally uncomplicated. The court rejected the appeal of I.________. It was found that by selling a property, she had enough financial resources to afford a lawyer. The court stressed that the case was legally uncomplicated and did not cause any special difficulties that required legal advice from a public defender. For these reasons, I.________ was asked to bear the costs of the procedure.
