Summary:	J.________, a Congolese citizen, was sentenced to prison after his asylum application was rejected and he was illegally staying in Switzerland and should be deported. After his release from prison, he was detained again to allow his deportation, but he again objected to this. During the proceedings, J.________ was represented by C.________, a lawyer and theologian, but he does not have a lawyer's license. C.________ applied for compensation for his work, but it was refused, since he was not recognized as an official defender. J.________ finally left Switzerland and went to France, which closed the case.
