Summary:	The Chambre des recours pénale has decided on an objection by D.________ against a hiring order of the District Attorney of the Est vaudois district. The objection concerned a libel charge against F.________. The prosecutor had temporarily suspended the ongoing criminal proceedings because of the dependence on another procedure. After the other proceedings were completed, the criminal case was resumed. The objection of D.________ against the hiring order was finally accepted, the hiring order was canceled and the case was referred back to the prosecutor for reconsideration.
