Summary:	C._______ has brought an action before the Labour Court against A.N.________ and I.N.________, claiming that he received only a monthly salary of CHF 5,000 from October 2014 to December 2015, even though his contract provided for a salary of CHF 6,000. A.N.________ and I.N._______ subsequently filed a complaint against C.________ for forgery of documents, claiming that C.________ had submitted a forged employment contract in order to make unjustified claims. C._______ for his part filed a complaint against A.N.________ and I.N.________ for slander, forgery of documents, false accusation and misleading the judiciary. The Public Ministry decided that A.N.________ and I.N.________ had not acted improperly against C.________ in their complaint of April 13, 2018 and that they had not presented a fake contract. C.________ appealed against this decision.
