Summary:	On January 30, 2020, the Chambre des recours pénale decided on an appeal filed by V.________ against a non-acceptance order of the Ministry of Public Affairs of the District of La Côte. V.________ accuses various parties of the real estate industry of fraud, as they withheld important information from her. However, the Ministry of Public Affairs has decided not to investigate further. The appeal of V.________ was partially accepted, whereby the non-acceptance order with regard to one of the accused was lifted and the case was referred back to the Ministry. It was also decided that V.________ must bear part of the procedural costs, while the rest is covered by the state.
