Summary:	The Chambre des recours pénale has decided on an appeal by B.W. against the non-acceptance decision of the Lausanne Public Prosecutor's Office in a case concerning the child D.W. The appeal was rejected because there was insufficient evidence for the accusations of B.W. against C.W. It was found that the accusations were related to the protracted divorce proceedings and the conflict between the parents. The appeal was considered to be obviously unfounded, and the costs of the proceedings were imposed on B.W. The verdict is final and can be appealed in the Federal Court.
