Summary:	The Chambre des recours pénale has decided on the request for a review by A.P.________ against the prosecutor J.________. A.P._______ had made this request because she accused the prosecutor of bias. However, the Chambre des recours pénale declared the request inadmissible because it was considered to be late and there were no plausible reasons for the prosecutor's bias. The request for the appointment of a public defender was also rejected. A.P.________ was obliged to pay the procedural costs. The decision can be appealed in the Federal Court.
