Summary:	The Chambre des recours pénale has decided on an appeal filed by H.________ against the refusal of the gratuitous administration of justice by the Prosecutor's Office of the District of La Côte in a criminal case. H.________ had filed a complaint because he was attacked by a police officer on July 4, 2019. The prosecutor's office rejected the gratuitous administration of justice, as it did not consider the matter to be complex. The appeal was rejected because the conditions for granting the free administration of justice were not met. H.________ was asked to pay the procedural costs. The decision can be appealed to the Federal Court.
