Summary:	The Chambre des recours pénale has decided on an appeal by Y.________ against the employment order of the Ministère public de l'arrondissement de Lausanne. The appeal was directed against the accusation of insult, threat and other criminal acts by the accused M._______ against Y.________. Although no complaint was filed, the Ministère public ordered the proceedings to be closed on the grounds of insult. The appeal was dismissed as unfounded, the hiring order was confirmed and the costs were provisionally covered by the state. Y.________ received legal support with cost exemption. It was established that no compensation is to be provided for the defense of the accused.
