Summary:	On 17 December 2019, the Chambre des recours pénale decided on an appeal by U.________ against an order of the Tribunal des mesures de contrainte. U.________ is accused in three different proceedings, including for a misdemeanor on June 8, 2019, a robbery on the night of July 2 to July 3, 2019 and another robbery on the night of July 30 to July 31, 2019. Despite the applications for release, the pre-trial detention was extended, as there were still sufficient suspicions of guilt and the risk of collusion. The appeal of U.________ was rejected because there were no sufficient grounds for a release or a change in the conditions of detention.
