Summary:	The Chambre des recours pénale has decided on the appeal of T.________ against the hiring order of the Ministry of Criminal Cases of the Est vaudois district. T.________ protested against the required security deposit and did not provide any financial evidence, which is why the appeal was declared inadmissible.
