Summary:	The Caisse nationale suisse d'assurance en cas d'accidents has suspended the benefits for C.________ after an accident in August 2017. A court ruling of January 6, 2020 accepted the appeal against this decision and restored the benefits without charging court costs. It was also stipulated that the Caisse nationale suisse d'assurance en cas d'accidents C.________ must pay CHF 3,000. A request for interpretation of the judgment was rejected. It was found that the decision was annulled, but it does not restore the original decision. There was also a correction regarding the date of the annulled decision.
