Summary:	A legal dispute between a patient and the Office for Disability Insurance of the Canton of Vaud led to an inadmissible objection due to the lack of a power of attorney. Despite setting a deadline to present a valid power of attorney or to countersign the objection, neither the patient nor his representative responded in a timely manner. Therefore, the appeal was declared obviously inadmissible, without incurring court costs or compensation. The decision was made by a member of the Social Insurance Court of the Cantonal Court as an individual judge and can be challenged in the Federal Court.
