Summary:The Chambre des curatelles of the Cantonal Court has heard an appeal by H.________ against a decision of the Justice of the Peace of the district of Gros-de-Vaud of 16 January 2019. It was about the transfer of the right to determine the place of residence of the child N.________. After examining the facts and the legal situation, it was decided that the transfer was not justified and the decision of the justice of the peace was annulled. The case was referred back to the responsible Justice of the Peace of the district of Lausanne. The decision of the Chambre des curatelles is free of charge and can be challenged in federal court.
