Summary:	The case concerns an insured person who has applied for a disability pension due to a serious health impairment. In addition, he has requested an escort for daily activities and permanent care needs. After an examination at home, the insurance office has approved a medium disability benefit. Later, the insured was transferred to a home, which led to a reduction in the benefit. The insured filed an appeal against this decision and demanded the reinstatement of the middle benefit. The court proved the complainant right and amended the decision of the Insurance office to continue the average disability benefit from July 1, 2019. The court also determined that the insurance office must bear the costs of the proceedings and pay compensation to the complainant.
