Summary:	The Chambre des curatelles of the Cantonal Court is meeting to decide on the appeal of S.__ from Moudon against the decision of the Justice of the Peace of the district of Broye-Vully of February 25, 2020 regarding his accommodation measure. The justice of the Peace had upheld the measure and imposed the costs on the state. The first judges decided that, due to the improved social and health situation of S.__, the accommodation should be maintained in the home, although he wanted to return home. S.__ filed an objection on April 14, 2020. The Chambre de c?ans listened to him by video conference on May 1, 2020. The judge M. Krieger and the judges Rouleau and Kühnlein confirmed the decision that the accommodation should be continued.
