Summary:	The insured C. had compulsory health insurance with the company K. SA. It was about unpaid premiums for the year 2018 and 2019. Despite reminders and payment requests, the insured did not pay on time. The company K. SA filed a lawsuit and claimed the outstanding amounts. The insured filed an objection, argued financial difficulties and asked for understanding. In the end, the appeal was rejected, the outstanding amounts had to be paid. The court ruled in favor of company K. SA, rejected the objection and confirmed the request for payment. The court costs were not charged, as the insured acted without a lawyer.
