Summary:	The Insurance court has ruled that a 20-year-old man who has been suffering from a serious developmental lag since birth will receive a disability pension. The man is severely limited in his physical and mental development and cannot work on the labor market. The IV-Stelle had initially rejected the application for a disability pension because she thought the man was fit to work. The insurance court overturned the decision of the IV position and awarded the man a disability pension. The pension is 35% of the average earned income of an employed person.
