Summary:	A French insured person applied for a disability pension at the Office for Disability Insurance of the Canton of Vaud. According to various medical reports, she was awarded a full disability pension from January 1, 2018. However, the insured person left Switzerland, as a result of which the office had difficulty contacting her. After the insured person communicated her new address, the decision of January 30, 2020 was declared null and void and she was granted a full pension from January 1, 2018. The court decided that the case is settled and no court costs will be charged.
