Summary:	In a judgment of June 2, 2020, the Federal Insurance Court ruled that an engineer who is unable to work is entitled to a disability pension. The engineer had become incapacitated as a result of an accident at work on the hand. He was no longer able to carry out his activity as a technical product expert. The court came to the conclusion that the engineer had a 100 percent disability, and therefore he was entitled to a disability pension. The pension is paid retroactively from the date of the accident. The decision is final and final.
