| Summary: | The insured, a woman, was born in 1981 and is the mother of two children. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, she submitted various applications for aids to the Vaud IV centre, including a wig and a prosthesis. Although she was initially able to partially return to work, she had to stop working completely from November 2018 due to the side effects of hormone therapy. The IV-Stelle refused to re-examine the performance, as there was no significant change in the state of health since the last decision in May 2016. However, the insured filed an objection, arguing that her state of health has worsened since then. The court ruled in favor of the insured and dismissed the case to the IV body for re-examination. |
