Summary:	A Kosovan insured had an accident at work and suffered serious injuries. After an examination, he was awarded a disability pension of 22%. The insured objected to this and demanded a higher pension due to his health restrictions and personal circumstances. However, the CNA confirmed the decision and rejected the appeal. The insured then filed another appeal, which, however, was also rejected. The court decision confirmed the rejection of the appeal and noted that the original decision of the CNA is confirmed. No court costs were charged and no compensation was awarded.
