Summary:	The insured, A. Q.________, has reported an accident at work in which he fell on a construction site on June 14, 2018 and injured his back. However, the Caisse nationale suisse d'assurance en cas d'accidents (CNA) has decided that the insured's complaints are not due to an accident. The company where the insured was employed appealed against this decision, but it was rejected. As a result, the company filed a lawsuit in court to obtain the recognition of the accident and the assumption of the benefits by the CNA. After examining the available evidence and statements, the court has decided that the conditions for an accident within the meaning of the law are not met. Therefore, the court dismissed the claim, ruling that there are no court costs and there is no compensation to be paid.
