Summary:	The Assurée, a Colombian citizen, was suspended by the ORP for five days because she had not submitted her job search for April 2019 in time. Despite the fact that she had an employment contract, which was supposed to start on May 1, 2019, the suspension was maintained. The court decision found that the Assurée had not committed any violation, as she could not start her new job earlier due to delays in obtaining official permits. The court ruled in favor of the Assurée and lifted the suspension, as she was not obliged to continue to seek jobs in April 2019, and thus she had not violated the rules.
