Summary:	In the present case, it was about the refusal of a request from an actress for the assumption of the costs for an acting stage workshop by the regional employment agency. The actress already had extensive experience in her professional field and was regularly engaged in theatrical and film productions. Nevertheless, she applied for the financing of the workshop in order to improve her chances of a future employment. The employment services bureau rejected the application, as it did not see a significant improvement in the employability of the actress. The court upheld the decision of the employment service bureau, since the actress had no special difficulties in finding a job, and the workshop was not considered necessary to improve her job opportunities. The court order rejected the appeal of the actress and confirmed the decision of the employment service bureau. No court costs were charged as the appeal was rejected.
