Summary:	An employee has lost his right to unemployment compensation because he did not make sufficient job searches before registering as a job seeker. Although he was able to prove some applications, they were not enough to meet the requirements. The decision of the Unemployment Insurance Company, which suspended the employee's claim, was confirmed by the court, but the duration of the suspension was reduced to nine days. The court decision can be appealed to the Federal Court.
