Summary:	The insured applied for unemployment benefits from April 1, 2019 and planned a three-month stay in the USA. The decision that she would be unable to work from May 22, 2019 was made due to the limited availability for the labor market. After the cancellation of her stay in the USA, she was considered fit for work again as of June 5, 2019. Despite participation in job interviews and conclusion of the contract, her ability to work for the mentioned period was denied. The decision to reject the appeal was confirmed because she was not ready to work while she was planning her stay in the USA. No court costs or compensation were awarded because the appeal was rejected.
