Summary:	In the present case, it was a question of determining provisional and definitive contributions to old-age and survivors' insurance (AHV) for the years 2013 to 2018 for a person without gainful employment. The Caisse cantonale vaudoise de compensation AVS had calculated the contributions based on income and assets and also charged interest on arrears. The insured filed an objection, which, however, was rejected. It was found that the calculations of the contributions were correct, and the interest on arrears was justified. The appeal was dismissed, and no court costs were charged. The decision could be appealed in the Federal Court.
