Summary:	The Chambre des curatelles of the Cantonal Court has negotiated the appeal of D.________ against the decision of the Justice of the Peace of the District of Lausanne of July 4, 2019. The justice of the Peace had a representation in accordance with Art. 394 para. 1 ZGB for D.________ arranged. D.________ probably suffers from schizophrenia and needs support in the field of health and professional reintegration. The Chambre des curatelles rejected the appeal and confirmed the decision, as the protective measure is appropriate and necessary. It was decided that the costs of the procedure will be borne by the state. The appeal can be appealed to the Federal Court.
