Summary:	The Assurée, an architecture master's graduate with congenital double-sided profound deafness, applied for the extension of the cost coverage for interpreting services by the disability insurance. The Office granted the assumption of costs, but limited the monthly amount due to the average incomes of recent years. The Assurée filed an objection, argued against the limitation and demanded a higher reimbursement of costs. After various correspondence and examinations, the court confirmed the office's decision and dismissed the appeal. It was found that the limitation of the monthly repayment amount was justified by the legal provisions and the assurée did not suffer an unreasonable disadvantage.
